Finale to a revved up set Jan 12, 2003 at Hotel Utah. Nice socks, Mel. Action at Hotel Utah On Dec 8, 2002, the Mach IV joined the Berzerkers and the Lava Rats at Hotel Utah. The boys debuted their new ultra-suave jackets and matching sunburst guitars. Hamming it up in Huntington On June 2, 2002, the Mach IV played at the Huntington Beach Pier, care of the Huntington Beach International Surfing Museum. Also playing were the Berzerkers, the Aqua Velvets and the Insect Surfers. Thanks to Bo Struye for taking pictures! Here Mel and Ferenc show off their "cool" guitar faces. On March 23, 2002, Johnny and Mel were at the Beach Chalet on Ocean Beach in San Francisco to watch the Shi-tones, featuring Jim and Jennifer from the Mermen, and Shig on drums. At the end of the night, Jim kindly offered us the chance to play a few songs. Thank you, Jim! In the "Pit" at KFJC On March 16, 2002, we played live at KFJC radio in Los Altos Hills on Phil Dirt's show, Reverb Central. It was a blast!
